Katie Hall May

Katie is Company Secretary at BSC and works across all of our Boards and Committees, acting as a first point of contact on governance and company secretarial matters. She has worked at BSC for a number of years now. Her previous roles include Company Secretary for sub sections of two large financial services firms and a small professional services firm. She has also worked as a Regulatory Liaison Officer.

In her spare time she’s a published author and short story writer, with 3 books published to date.
