    Salary: £125,000 - £135,000 pa

    As our Chief People Officer, you’ll lead BSC’s people and culture agenda, building and delivering a People Vision & Strategy that enables us to attract, develop and bring out the best in the high-performing team we need to deliver our mission.

    This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role. You’ll set direction, shape our culture and leadership approach, and turn ambitious thinking about people, teams and organisations into practical change. You’ll also strengthen the frameworks, systems and business partnering that help our leaders and managers create an environment where people can thrive, perform and develop.

  • Legal & Compliance Support Officer

    Contract: Permanent

    Salary: £37,000 - £43,000 per annum

    We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with an attention to detail who is ambitious to develop their experience in the social impact investment sector as part of a small motivated team.

    The Legal & Compliance team play an important role in reinforcing BSC’s reputation as a responsible investor, ensuring that we meet our legal and regulatory commitments. As Legal & Compliance Support Officer you will provide high quality and effective administrative support to the Legal & Compliance team.

  • People & Talent Projects Generalist

    Contract: Full-time, 4-month FTC

    Salary: £70,000 - £78,000 per annum

    This is a hands-on role for an experienced HR generalist who can step in quickly, build credibility with senior stakeholders, and deliver at pace.

    The People & Talent Projects Generalist will support with projects already underway and take the lead on brand new initiatives from the ground up. That includes modernising our HR policies, employee relations casework, sharpening the people data that informs our Board and ExCo, and helping roll out a new ATS.

    BSC is seeking a People & Talent Manager to join us on a 12-month basis as we undergo a period of transformation within the People & Talent function.

    This is a fast-paced and varied role, with the opportunity to get involved across a number of workstreams and make a genuine difference when partnering with the business. You’ll work closely with our teams as we onboard our first Chief People Officer and make the People & Talent function best in class as BSC continues along a journey of growth and impact.
