  • Impact Manager (Interim)

    We are recruiting an Impact Manager to help shape how BSC generates, reports on and acts on impact and systems change insight across our whole portfolio.

    This spans building the data infrastructure and analytical capability behind our investment decisions, redesigning how we report to our Investment Committee, Board and external stakeholders, and working directly with the asset class teams and fund managers to embed rigorous impact, ESG and EDI practice into individual deals.

  • Head of Middle Office

    Contract: Permanent

    Salary: £96,000 - £110,000 pa

    The Head of Middle Office is a senior leadership role responsible for the ongoing performance, governance and continuous development of BSC's Middle Office function. The Middle Office sits at the operational centre of BSC's investment activities, bringing together portfolio analytics, fund operations and risk oversight across the full breadth of BSC's investment portfolio — including the BSC portfolio, SBSI, Treasury and future product offerings.

  • Office Manager & Business Support, Core Group

    Contract:Permanent

    Salary: £50,400 - £57,000 pa

    This is a dual-remit role combining ownership of our office environment with high quality support to our Core group. The Core group is the c.40-person team that brings together the firm’s central support services.

    The successful candidate will be the person who keeps our single-floor, c.60-desk open plan office running smoothly day-to-day, and who provides reliable ‘EA-type’ support to the CFOO and the heads of the Core group’s sub-teams.
